4. What is the Reporting time and the Venue for the Race?

Specific Venue details and Reporting and Flag-off time will be shared closer to the date of the event.

5. How do I register?

Registration link will be shared soon. You’ll be able to register online and pay through a choice of Debit Card / Credit Card or Net Banking.

6. How do I do manual Registration?

7. How much is the registration fee?

The registration fee is as follows:

For 10 km Timed Run: Rs 500

For 3 km Run: Rs 200

Special discount will be there for Veterans, PwDs and Armed Forces Personnel. No fee will be charged from School children who participate as school group.

8. What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers entry to the event. A participation medal, T shirt, and refreshments post the event will be given to all paid registered participants.

9. Is there a minimum/maximum age for participants?

This event is open to all. However, all participants under the age of 15 need to be accompanied by an adult.

10. What is the last date of registration?

We may close the registrations early if all our slots are filled. We request you to register early and not wait till the end. We will announce the dates on our Website, Facebook page and other Social media.

11. Can I transfer/cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?

Sorry, no cancellations are possible and registration fees will not be refunded.

12. Can I change my category once I have registered? For example, if I have registered for the 10K, can I now change to a 3km event? Or vice versa?

13. Oops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?

Please send an email to support@youtoocanrun.com with the correct details and we will update it.

14. There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?

Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please email support@youtoocanrun.com with details of your registration – date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.

Rules

  • Use only the application modes suggested on this website to submit your entries.
  • Please thoroughly go through all relevant information given on the event website and application form prior to submitting your application.
  • In the event an applicant wishes to withdraw from the race, a mail must be sent from the registered email ID along with application details to support@youtoocanrun.com. There will be no refunds. ONLY individual entries for either category shall be accepted.
  • All applicants must be above the age of 18, supporting age proof, such as passport copy, drivers licence or Aadhaar card must be carried when collecting the bibs for the event. In case of any minors, they must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Post close of registrations, email confirmations will be sent to all the confirmed participants who have given their valid email id in the application form. There will be no physical acceptance letters issued. If you do not receive any intimation from the race office, please email us at support@youtoocanrun.com.
  • Those wishing to confirm their application status in the interim can send us an email to support@youtoocanrun.com. All runners of the events will get a Finisher’s Medal post their run. Medals will not be posted to individual runners.
  • Every runner must wear his/her running number bib on the front of the vest. Any mutilation, fold, alteration or damage to the bib will amount to disqualification of the runner from the Event.
  • Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from participating who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the medical personnel.
  • Participants are requested to cooperate with the police and security personnel deputed at the event venues and on route. Participants/supporters are liable to random checking on race day this is for your own security. Photographs taken of runners during the SwachhAbility Run event organised prior to and on race day can be used for the purpose of promoting the event.
